Venerable People of Tamar!

We're sorry to inform those, who not already know, that Lord Baltar deceased. We were sympathetic to him, even though we could not always understand his acting.

In the end, a snake in the grass must have made him mad and, hence, several wrong decisions and trust in villains seems to have killed him.

We're very sorry about Lord Baltar's passing! A great sovereign has been lost forever.
May those, who are responsible for his death, pay for their guilt!
