Venerable people of Tamar,
We, the Eburones, have been newly settling on tamar. Although our
first granary was build a while ago, we had to leave tamar for various
reasons again. Now we're back and are confident of managing to get by.
On this account, I, Lady Nellwyn, want to introduce myself and our
folk to you.
The Eburones have gone through a long and awkward history. In former
times, our folk was at odds with one another, which led to violent
conflicts and a bloody power struggle between the three competing
castes: the Druids, the Priests and the Warriors---all were reaching
for the leadership of our people.

</td><td>
The Druids
The Druids can be seen as the philosophers or the sages.
They are smart and well-educated, especially skillfull in
herbal lore and medical science. Some may even regard
them as prohpets or soothsayers. At the time of the conflict,
the druids took influence on the people in an intellectual
manner and formed the so called "Intellectual Force".

<tr><td>

</td><td>
The Priests
The Priests pray to the gods and know their will and
intention. They act as the guardians in the gods' name
and take care of the people's beliefs. During the bloody
conflict, the priests took influence on the people in a
spiritual manner and formed the so called "Spiritual Force".
</td></tr><tr><td>

</td><td>
The Warriors
Clearly, the power of the Warriors is the sword. Their
bravery, honour and strongness give them the esteem,
prestige and admiration by large parts of the populace.
Thus, the warriors were engaged in the power struggle
by taking influence on the people in a heroical way and
formed the so called "Force of Arms".

After a long period of chaos and a relentless fraternal strife, a
small group of right-minded individuals out of each group intended to
collaborate. All of them, although loyal to their castes, knew a civil
war enduring any longer would end in anarchy and self-destruction of
all castes. Eventually, they managed to form a unity and to convince
their own people to yield to reason.
Since then, the three big castes have been working together as a
collective; hand in hand for the well-being of all Eburones. A new era
had begun! An era of strength, consistency und forsight. Provided
with the joint talents of all castes and the experience of the past,
finally, we were looking for a new home, a new beginning and a new
challenge. Now, it has been found and it is called "Tamar".

</td><td>
The Eburones
I, Lady Nellwyn, have been elected to proclaim the
words of all castes and to communicate with all other
people of Tamar. My word represents the will of all
Eburones. I *am* the voice of the collective, the
voice of our people! In seldom cases, a representative
of each caste will talk for their own---mainly on my
decree---but in most cases, I am the Eburoni you'll
have to deal with to get or stay in contact with us:
the Eburones.
</td></tr></table>
Greetings to all people of Tamar! May we have a prosperous and
fruitful relationship.
So say we all,
Lady Nellwyn
