Scout recognition

Hi
Funny one here: I can't no more find out the names of unknown scouts. Normally, and it was okay some weeks ago, when you click on a unknown scout on the map at the next turn you know his name, This happens no more. And sda but true, I don't know since when. Anyone map/data?

I thought you know player's scouts only when your scout visit his/her land. It worked that way I think.

But there are scouts from players far away the island of Tandria (for example "Löwenherz" or "Elwim"). And I never was able to leave Tandria...you know....the ships...

I thought, you klick today on this scout and the next turn it has a name....

Ususally you get the name of a player next round after you click on one of his figures or towns. Scouts included.

With the turn today t was just like before - all clicked scouts were recognised.
Don't know if it's a "bug", and if yes, it's in the client or on the server...
