Cybergraphics crash

For the past month or so both my games of TOT have been starting up ok only 25% of the time.

I ran snoopdos and it looks for and sees picasso96.library ok.
Then it looks for cybergraphics.library (which it should do if it finds p96 surely!?), doesnt find it for obvious reasons and then hangs or crashes. i have to reboot.

it seems to prefer i run Tot from a clean boot but that is defeating the point. sometimes ive been online hours b4 i want to run tot and i dont want to have to reboot just to do that. and anyway, even from clean boot it crashes a lot of the time ;/

as for a debug - not possible. it doesnt get as far as actually writing anything TO the debug file!
