It is with my most sincere apology that I ask for the forgiveness of Lord Richeleau, Lady Cassandra, Lord Gandi, and Lord Conn for my recent actions.

As a new lord who only understands the Common language, it has been difficult in understanding the social graces of the game along with expectations from other lords. I am thankful for those lords that have come to my aide in this matter and have helped me understand the aspects of the game.

I do not want war with anyone and would like to live peacefully with my neighbors. Now that I understand the structure of the game more I feel that I can play an important role in the game and look forward to establishing peace contracts with my fellow lords and ladies.

As I write Lord Richeleau has attacked many of my ships and wages war against me. I have apologized to him for the mistakes I made and feel that all he had to do was ask for his lands back and we would have obliged him. However he decides to attack my people instead of simply asking for the land back which I had no problems giving back to him before his attacks.

If Lord Richeleau is unwilling to come to the negotiations table as his honorable neighbors have then it is truly unfortunate.

Negotiations are continuing in this matter and those Lords and Ladies involved have my highest respect. It is truly my wish and the wish of my people that the Kingdom of Vidun can rebuild its bonds with its neighbors and serve those that have come to the negotiation table.

until Padre Gildas hadn't open negotiations to me last quarter and the quarter bevor to my realm, I yesterday send him my demands.

One he rejacted, because he read it wrongly, to the others he said nothing.
The only thing he wrote more was : There will no negotiations until my actions against your realm continued. Thats fine, so he stopped negotiations he never begun.

In early time of this conflict I wrote :

The action against Lord Lothian will continued until a soulution will found.

Early in time I wrote also :

So now take to the knowledge that by quitting the loyalty oath you loss all your land, that was given to you as a vassal and also will loss all your land, that was taken by you, justified and made possible by the loyalty oath.
So you will loss all your land on Ithilen up to your core land.

So if you realy want peace, the framework for negotiations were well-known to you.

But you do not reject the demands, you do not accept them and there ist still no counter offer from you.


In this situation, really for the last time, I will offer your my demands :

- 65/6378, 66/6379 and all land south of it, and the land acres 69/6378 goes to the realm Nachtfalke, if he will not have it, I will take it

- the realm Nachtfalke get also back all its sea acres you stolen him, also all other realm get back the acres you stolen them

- the line 64/6374 to 64/6378 and all land west goes to my realm, include the city you gave to the realm Eburones (This is the city you toke in northwest Ithilen after distroying an other relam there and that was yours in the beginning of our conflict)

- you distroy the rest of your warfleet, and there will no army on your land on Ithilen, as long there are no elves, dwarfs etc on it.

Interesting, Padre. Is that what it comes down to? "Divide and conquer"? Especially considering that the Alliance has always been meant as a tool to unite the woefully underepresented Lords and Ladies who are not speaking the Lingua Franca of the traders. Your apparent desire to separate Lord Lothian from the rest of us shows very clearly your desire to control and subjugate him for his alleged wrongdoings.

Dabei meine ich nicht die Hauptsache ansich, um die es hier zu gehen scheint -
wenn Land widerrechtlich annektiert worden ist, ist es natürlich zurück zu geben.

Aber ich frage mich, wieso ein so kleines Reich mit einem so erfahrenen Lehnsherren diese Mittel anwenden musste??

Und wie kann nun, wo offenbar das Vasallenverhältnis nicht mehr existiert, noch ein Zehnt verlangt werden -
und von welchem Recht wird abgeleitet, welcher Allianz ein freies Reich beitreten darf oder nicht?

Die ganze Sache erscheint mir sehr nebulös...

As long as you don't stop your act of war against Lord Lothian, there's no chance for negotiations. You cannot express your wish for peace and at the same time go ahead and kill human beings! Especially you should know that, Padre Richeleau.
