as you may have noticed, I have annexed one of your acres.

I wrote you a message that I want to do this and asked for permission and what you wanted for it. But of course no answer came, so I took the liberty to annex it.

You can annex it back at your earliest convenience and I´m willing to reimburse you for the gold you might have lost due to that.

I annexed one acre from you. You however didn´t annex that one back, but two other ones and you still have an army in my land.
