specialista - cleriks

There are a few main-problems with the specialists (cleriks)

a) there are no anual cost for the cleriks. Sven told me, the clerik should cost the hire-cost all quaters, dut it does not.
b) clerics, older than one quater, are not shown on the map-screen in the units-list
c) every quater you can hire the same cleric
d) once hire a cleric, he is not show in the specialist screen as hired, after one quater later

a) hire a cleric
b) move next quater from the city to an other acer
c) than the next quater move him back to the city
d) the cleric dieapears
