Well, it has to be said Lord Pompösius continues to surprise us.
Still, as we place no respriction his commercial activities, Babylon feels the need to make a few points absolutely clear:
1 - We are in no way responsible for the legality of Lord Pompösius' activities.
2 - Should the Gods be offended enough to strike Lord Pompösius down for any reason, Babylon claims ownership of all Lord Pompösius' land on Endlómë.
3 - Any complaints regarding the handling of these commercial activities, and any protests regarding Lord Pompösius' actions must be made to us at the Court of Babylon.

Should the complaints be deemed as justified, the Court of Babylon will decree the punishment and compensation to be actioned. Enforcement of these decisions will be the responsibility of Babylon alone, and the Court's decision is final.
Any direct actions against Lord Pompösius will be treated as direct actions against Babylon and therefore be seen as acts of war.
4 - Any transactions or agreements carried out which are deemed as putting the safety and security of Babylon at risk will result in the immediate closure of the operation and seisure of goods and funds involved. Customers who are not involved will have their goods and funds returned on provision of proof of their transaction, but there will be no damages or compensation paid for non-completion of the service they were sold. Once again, the decision of the Court of Babylon is final.
5 - Babylon will make no enquiries in the nature and detail of the transactions involved unless given cause to do so. However, failure to comply and assist in any investigation carried out by the Court of Babylon could result in the foreclosure of the operation.

Ich denke auch das Tamar, auf solche sachen gut verzichten kann! Vor allem weil es mit den Doppelaccount in-time sehr schwer zu erklähren ist, und auch so wie ich das sehe, den ehrlichen spieler einfach den Spass verdirb.
Aber mal davon abgesehen, daß das Angebot (bei dem Preisen) warscheinlich eh niemand nutzen wird, halte ich Die Idee aber schon für witzig!
Interessant wäre das wohl für Piraten, aber da eh (noch) niemand Einsicht darauf hat, wo die gestohlenen Güter landen, oder wie die Schatzkammer eines Landes, und der Waren bestand aussieht, ist es eher sinnlos.
Wobei es interessant werden könnte, wenn der Geheimdienst irgendwann einmal funkionieren sollte, und mann sich nicht als Pirat outen will!

Da dieses Geschäft offensichtlich illegal ist, und die Verbreitung von subversiven Elementen auf unserer Welt fördern wird, möchte ich zu einem Boykott gegen dieses Unternehmen aufrufen.
Da er obendrein offensichtlich noch die Dreistigkeit besitzt, seine Geschäfte in aller Öffentlichkeit zu betreiben, würde ich von Militärischen Miteln nicht abraten.
Ich bitte hiermit alle, die von solchen Individuen ähnlich angwiedert sind wie ich, sich mir anzuschliessen um geeignette Maßnahmen zu besprechen.
Mögen die Göter uns beistehen

I do not know how many of your numerous enemies know where you live, but I believe I do, and am willing to impart that information to anyone willing to make a small contribution for the exchange. Seeing that the liberation of the opressed neighbours of your realm who you are trying to bully into falling under your tyrannical rule would be a boon to all of Tamar, I see it as my duty to help rid this world of such a noisy and flatulent lordling.
As to the legality of Lord Pompösius' operation, one hears many stories, such as the one which suggests the Gods have decreed that while cross-subsidising from one character to another controlled by the same will is illegal, if the operation uses a third party as a go-between then it is not illegal. I must confess to being confused by such a decree, as I would consider the intent to be more important than the means in such a case. I have therefore instructed my priests to further consult with the Gods and get a clearer picture.
With regard to the morality of such an operation, I confess to having serious doubts as to whether Babylon should allow any vassal of hers to be involved in such dealings. If the reputation of Babylon is therefore stained by the actions of its vassal, charges of treason may be brought against the perpetrator.
However, as has been previously stated, any direct action against Lord Pompösius will be treated as a direct attack on Babylon itself and will be answered with deadly force. Anyone making public calls for such military action, such as our cowardly jester from Torkania, will be treated as an enemy of Babylon.
We hereby declare that the emissaries of the land called Torkania are banished from entering the territory of Babylon or its dependencies on pain of death. Any Torknian ships found in Babylonian waters will be sunk without warning.
Furthermore, we call for the formation of a Holy Crusade to be prepared to liberate the poor terrorised neighbours of Torkania from its unholy and heretic rule, as soon as the Gods make such a journey possible.

ich weiss nicht woher Ihr die Informationen Hab, ich würde meine Nachbarn unerdrücken! In der Tat ist es so, das ich zu all meinen nachbarn einen guten Diplomatischen Kontakt habe.
Von einem meiner Nachbarn, kommt diese Information sicher nicht. Desweiteren möchte ich wiederholt darauf hinweisen, das es Euch nichts angeht, was auf unserer insel vorsich geht. Keiner Meiner Nachbar steht der Sinn danach von mir "befreit" zu werden, wie ihr es nennt!
Und noch weniger hatt irgendeiner auch nur den geringsten Hinweis darauf gegeben, daß er von mir befreit werden will. Alle Deklarationen, die ich gemacht habe, hielten sich an den internationalen Diplomatischen Standart, und stellen lediglich eine Verhandlungsbasis dar.
Also tut uns doch bitte den Gefallen, und lasst mich und meine friedlichen Nachbarn bitte in Ruhe!
