Ever since my scribes have been keeping notes on the other lords in our local area they have noted that you have not expanded (or attempted to even), sent out scouts and have but one army stationed just outside your town. That army has not moved in the past decade and i wonder how you still manage to sustain them - and why the Lord who`s land you are on tollerates them being there. I hope you pay rent!

This is a declaration that states that if you do not reply and state your reasons for stagnating and/or move in some way within the Tales that is Tamar then I shall be forced to overwealm your little piece of land and force you to abdicate.
