Ruler Ranks system

Gods of Tamar,

I notice that one can now observe the ranks of the largest and most succesful rulers on Tamar. From this useful document my advisors can obtain information on the amount of land owned by the largest land owners on Tamar and the ranks of the biggest rulers on Tamar.

Is it also possible to observe similar information for other rulers on an independant basis to include rulers who aren't large enough to have a mention on the high score listing? If so, where can I find this information?

No, this information is limited to the top 20 of each category. For those it is assumed that their wealth and power are commonly known.

For smaller and more obscure realms, you will have to find out for yourself.

I thought this would be the case, but wanted to ask in order to make sure I wasn't missing out on something.

You are quite correct, the information on high profile rulers would largely be available for anyone who wanted it anyway due to the position that the rulers are in and the attension they receive.
I understand why this information should be limited to the top 20 rulers.
