Greetings my Lords, Ladies, gentlefolk and scholars.
It is my great pleasure to announce that the small Elerion town of Babylon [1], situated on the island of Endlómë, has now opened the doors of its new library to the public. Visitors are encouraged to contribute to and correct any of the information they find incorrect, and will hopefully find items of some interest themselves. As the buildings housing the library contents are temporary and we hope to build a sturdier edifice in good time, entrance to our library will be free of charge. It is our wish that Babylon will one day become a center of learning famed in all the land.
