Town name on first turn gfx problem

When first starting TOT as a game (and after initialisation has allocated land), going into Town for the first time brings up the "Please enter the Town's name" box.

If I then press the "i" Information button the info window appears but with an oblong chunk taken out of it where the "ford" animation is.

pressumably the animation is set to display higher up than the info box, so it needs shuffling down a level.
