What requeriments I need for to enhace my church and my lazarett.
The level research insn't the problem at this case.

Dear Vicum,

probably you don't have enough inhabitants in the town where you like to build. I don't know the exact numbers but I believe you will need 50.000 inhabitants for a cathedral.

Thanks Sir Ursus for you fast reply.

However, I think what this isn't the solution at this case: at all areas,
my research level is maximum and I have >65000 inhabitants. There is more
factors for to continue to enhace my town?

I would say you need much more inhabitants in the town.
