If I click on artillery, I still have the message that I need at least an army camp for artillery even if I have it now.

that's an translation error. The message should be about barracks.

I checked in the manual and it's said we need Barracks also for artillery.

The message in the screen as been mixed with the one to train army, since when I was clicking on train army before to get an army camp I had the message taht I was needing at least Barracks to train amies.
