UPDATE: I've got the turn now.

Hi,

I registered early friday morning saying that I wanted to start on Nov. 1st, but I haven't got a turn yet. (I understand that turns are usually sent out around noon German time.)

I have checked my spam filter logs, and no ToT-emails have been caught by my filters.

Where could I ask for assistance?

theres a rule : don't ask about the turn before 18:00

OK, sorry. I've got the manual now. It says between 12 and 18.
And I got the turn now. Thanks.
