"New Baron" tale screen wrong

Last turn BiffordicusII became a Baron. The screen popped up with the cheering crowd in a town screen.
The only word to initially show was "..Gratulations.." (more on that later), then as I moved my mouse around the screen it "revealed" the other text - wherever the mouse moved over what should be text that text then appeared.
As it turned out the whole text was aligned wrong anyway! The left 1/3 of the text appeared to the right of the screen and the middle and right 1/3s of the text appeared on the left.
Please see the screenshot below to see what I mean.
Lastly - "Gratulations" is NOT a word. This should read "Congratulations". Please correct this immediatly. Thanks.
