New features:

On entering wrong information, the init screen offers you a mailbox from Tamar, which can be used until you own mailbox is setup properly. There will be a nag requester so you'll have to wait longer each time.

- upon registering, the mailbox is checked for turns as well. Too old turns will be discarded. Current turns will be loaded in the proper order.

Bugfixes:

- Rebellions are now computed by the server, so no possibility to cheat anymore. (Yildraus-Problem)

- Titles creen: Message about defect amries doesn't appear in demo mode.

- artiellerie weapons weren't added properly when disbanding armies
