i need to build more grainaries, i have 3 and more mills, i have 4, so that i can expand my corn harvest which seems to be maxed at 80,000. i have 20,000 gold in the treasury but it wont let me build anything with that money. it tells me we are too poor to spend it and that i willl bring ruin to the state . is this a bug or do i need to wait for technology to catch up.

well it is several weeks later and i still cant build anything. the game wont let me spend any of my 40,000 gold even for a healer. could someone please check to see if i have a bug preventing me from spending money or if this is in the game design somehow. the computer showa me 8 new buildings that i can buy because i will ruin the country but meanwhile i cant grow either. i am starting to get frustrated and soon i wont care anymore.

Hello Vikhalfhand,

lower your taxes, so that you get more inhabitants. You need a minimum numer of inhabitants to build a market place.
On the market place you can buy more building material.
The reason, that you can't build anything is not your gold, but building materials. Please check that!
