Hallo zusammen
Es kommen immerwieder fragen auf wie die Linux ToT Version installiert oder getestet wird. Hier ein kleiner Überblick.
Zur Zeit gibt es keinen Installer für die Test Versionen. Was auch noch nicht nötig ist. Sobald das Spiel an dem Punkt angekommen ist an dem es spielbar ist, wird es einen Installer im Lieferumfang geben. Das wird wahrscheinlich der Loki(tm) Installer sein, da dieser auch eine einfach zu bedienende Update Funktion bereitstellt.
Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt sieht es so aus, das es ein .zip File gibt, welches ihr auspackt und in dem sich neben Daten Files ein Auführbares Programm gibt, welches per ./Programmname gestartet wird, zb ./Tamar.
Jedem Release liegt auch ein Readme bei, in dem steht worum es in der Version geht und was ihr sehen, oder hören solltet, was ihr anzuklicken habt, usw.
Das ist alles. Ich hoffe das hat ein Paar Dinge mehr klar gemacht. Natürlich könnt ihr auch jederzeit hier fragen, oder mir oder Hauke eine EMail senden.

We get frequently questions about how to install or how to test the Linux Version of ToT. Here comes a little overview.
At the moment, there is no installer for the Test versions, which is also not necessary. For the future it is planed that we will ship the playable Game with the Loki(tm) installer, which is easy to handle and comes with the option of updating the game.
The situation now, looks like that you can download the Test Version in .zip Format. Besides the data files you will find an executable in the Directory after you have unpacked the File,which you can start by ./programmname, e.g. ./Tamar. Every Release Version comes with a Readme which will inform you about what the release includes, what you should see or hear or click onto, etc.
