Just a quick note regarding the minimum size of armies.

The manual says that if an army drops below 50 men, it will automatically desert taking all it's weapons with it.

Please note that this rule affects individual units, not just whole armies (which can have more than one unit each). Even if the army has hundreds of people in it, any unit which drops below 50 people will be lost entirely.

Also, when you have multiple units in an army and you set them to take over a town ONLY the first unit will actually attack the town, the rest stay in reserve.

In normal battles all units fight.

eine kleine bemerkung zur minimalgröße von armeen:
in der anleitung steht, dass wenn eine armee aus weniger als 50 mann besteht, diese desertieren und alle ihre waffen mitnehmen.
bedenkt, dass dies die armeeteile betrifft, nicht ganze armeen (die ja aus mehreren teilen bestehen können). selbst wenn eine armee aus hunderten soldaten besteht, jeder armeeteil, der unter 50 mann fällt wird aufgelöst.

zusatz von bifford:
wenn ihr mehrere teile in einer armee habtund diese eine stadt angreifen lasst, so wird NUR der erste armeeteil kämpfen, der rest bleibt in reserve.
an normalen kämpfen nehmen alle truppenteile teil.
