[oldscroll]Ein mittelgroßes Kriegsschiff unter dem Banner Eburones versucht schon seit Jahren,
die Hafenausfahrt unserer Stadt Hlammachar (495/6327) zu blockieren.
Den Rückzugbefehl der Militärjunta Ihres Reiches haben sie verweigert.
Die komplette Mannschaft hat bei dem Stadtvogt um Asyl gebeten.
Als Grund hierfür gaben Sie an: Jedermann muß große Angst vor der Obrigkeit haben, die Gräueltaten, die im
Reiche Eburones an der Zivilbevölkerung verübt werden und die chaotischen Verhältnisse im diesem Reich
(Ich erinnere nur kurz an die Anklage gegen Lord Isidor II, Hlammacher ist übrigens die besagte Stadt,
die Lord Isidor II angeblich an das Reich Do Urden übergeben hat und die wirren, nicht chronologischen
und absichtlich verfälschten Berichte, die man aus dem Reiche Eburones erhalten hatte.
Dieses wurde bereits vermutet, da nach Beendigung des Konfliktes, massenweise Zivilbevölkerung aus dem
Reich Eburones geflüchtet sind und bei uns einer neuen und besseren Zukunft entgegensehen).
Das Asyl für diese arme Schiffsbesatzung ist nach ausführlichen Gesprächen und Überprüfung des
Wahrheitsgehaltes aller Aussagen selbstverständlich umgehend gewährt worden.

Der nun mannschaftslose Seelenverkäufer versperrt allerdings weiterhin einen Teil des Hafens.
Daher gewähre ich eine Ausnahme von der 'Deklaration der Unerwünschten'.
Ich bitte sogar um um Entsendung einer neuen Mannschaft um den Kahn schnellstmöglich zu entfernen.
Die Ersatzmannschaft erhält selbstverständlich freies Geleit.
Sie sollte unsere Geduld allerdings nicht über die Gebühr auf die Probe stellen.
Sollte keine Mannschaft gefunden werden, was mich nicht wundern würde, so werden wir zulassen, dass eine
andere Marineeinheit, den Seelenverkäufer abschleppen darf.
Wir können (und werden dieses Schiff nach Ablauf von einem Jahr, von heute an) auch für Zielübungen verwenden.

for years.
They refused the retreat instruction of the military junta of their realm.
The complete crew asked the head of village for asylum.
As state of reason they told us: Every habitant has to have terrified of the authority, the atrocities which are
committed in realm Eburones against the civilian population and the chaotic conditions in the realm (I remind of the
accusation against lord Isidor II, by the way, Hlammacher is the mentioned city, lord Isidor II should have allegedly
handed to the realm DO Urden and the confused, not chronological and intentionally falsified reports, which
everyone had received from the realm Eburones. We already assumed this, becouse after completion the conflict,
massive civilian population from the realm Eburones fled and look forward to new and better future by us).
The asylum for these poor ship-crew was naturally immediately granted after detailed discussions and examination
of the truth content of all statements.

The crewless soul salesman blocks however further a part of the port.
Therefore I grant an exception of the ' Declaration of the unwanted'.
I ask even to remove a delegation of a new crew for this dumb barge as fast as possible.
The reinforcement receives naturally free escort.
It should not put our patience however over the fee to the test.
If no crew should be found, what would not surprise me, then we will permit that another naval unit,
which soul salesman may tow.
We also can use this Ship (and will use it after one year, from today on) for target practice.
