I'm wondering if anyone else can either confirm or debunk this. If I go to the "Options" screen from the Carbon version, and then click on the arrow to go to the next screen, ToT crashes on me. I have no such problem running the Classic version though.

Works on my system. No crash in options when switching between screens.
System: OS X 10.2.8

Kind regards,
Christian

Justus, which tot client do you use? This bug is fixed with the new 0.35.

Hmm . . . are there any instructions on updating to 0.3.4? I couldn't even find a published URL for it (the e_download.html page shows 0.3.4 as the latest), but I was able to guess at it. Once I got it all working, I agree this bug has been fixed, but I was just wondering if there was an easier way to update ToT instead of copying files from the individual folders.

You can find the Updates in the Updates-Section (Testers only) in this forum.

Generally you can copy all files from the update over the old ones. But there is the problem, that Mac OS, when copying one directory over another, overwrites the whole directory instead of the single files inside the directory. This deletes all formar files in the directory.

But there is a solution.
After making a backup (better is better) you can use muCommander for the task. This tool copies the directories file by file. So no untouched files get deleted.

But I still hope there will be installers for the later Updates.

Kind regards,
Christian

Hi,
of course there will be an installer. But as for now I'm working on other things.
