Hi,
I haven't got a turn for four days now (realm: Eburones).
And no, there's no turn in my spam folder either.
Could the GM manually send me my turn?
Thank you.

Hello Lilian,
please use the TCP/IP option and try it again.
If this way is not successful, please report it here once again.
Regards
Sven

I've tried that right now, but I don't get a turn either. It just scannes the mail account for a turn for several minutes, then the message "No Emails for Tales Of Tamar!" appears

ok, try it 3 times.
After that TCP/IP jumps in.

@Nellwyn
Please check your option email settings. I can see here that you have entered a totally wrong string in the email address field. I see here pop.twinux.de as email address!

Still no turn
side note:
Each time I change the email settings to tcp/ip and confirm the changing by clicking on the check-button, first a turn is sent before the "options"-screen disappears.

In that case, a part is missing. But here, the client shows the right email address.
By the way, everything worked during the last months without problems.

This is okay. But you must press 3 times the "download"-button in close succession.

Ok, but it doesn't change anything. I assume something has gone wrong with the email settings (as wolfen said).
Should I change everything again and send in another turn?

Hmm... You are right. Nothing is changed last week... Strange, really strange

Anyway... the setting are wrong. Please check them with MacJones or Lipsius. They know both how to set up the right email settings. Then enter them and send them to me (this happens automatically when you try to left the settings screen). The next turn should arrive then again.
Until then you should use TCP/IP for getting the turns.

As I said, TCP/IP didn't work either. Okay, I'll try to change the settings again and send in a sixth turn by now
Thanks,
Lilian

done.
Couldn't you manually send me the current turn to check if everything went fine?
Thank you very much!

I will. We have to wait until 2 or 3 o clock (pm).
Btw i am wondering that TCP/IP should not work because Lipsius had yesterday also another problem with his turn and he got his turn over TCP/IP without any problems.
