der Krieg gegen BlackAdder läuft nun seit einigen Jahren und wird zunehmend heftiger. Black Adder scheint massiv unterstützt zu werden von einem großen Herrscher und uns ist nicht klar wie wir weiter gegen Armeen in dieser Größenordnung vorgehen sollten. Wir besitzen nur eine Stadt und BlackAdder seinerseits ca. 10-15.

Auch erscheint uns unsere Hilfe als überaus
ungeeignet um in der Zukunft weitere Erfolge zu erzielen.Weder der materielle Support noch die Kommunikation der Kriegsparteien gegen BlackAdder stimmt.

Aus diesem Grunde kapitulieren wir vor Black Adder und legen die Waffen nieder.

Die Entscheidung über unser Reich obliegt nun ihm.

Which communication? The order wants all for themselves. Apart from the declaration of war, they have not come forward with a single offer for peace. They just come with bigger and bigger armies, 50000 men heavy cavallry from Godefroy is the record so far.

You wrote this like an unconditional surrender, so here are my terms.
a) I will take back the land east of my town (and the one acre surrounding of my town). I will not, however, take land to the north of your town and near your town. You may annex that back. I reserve the right to carve a path to my/Laurentius town to drive him off there.
b) After I took over Laurentius port town which he took from me (some years hence), I will give that town to Mythor since he has no coastal town. You will then get the inland town since you already have a port town.

These terms are not so bad I think
