regarding cities with units on them: If there still is a unit of mine on a city you want to take over, then either attack it or sent me a carrier pidgeon and I will disband them. Those armies are 2,5k max, normally about 1k though and RK10 to 12 with either medium or long lanzes. So you know what to expect if you should atttack.
@Virago: Die Stadt, die ich an Euch überschrieben habe ist weit von allen Vasallen von mir entfernt. Desweiteren ist sie keine Hafenstadt und hat so auch nicht großen strategischen Wert. Aber Ihr seit ja grade in der Nähe und so kann ich noch drüber verfügen bevor sie unbesetzt bzw zur Ruine verfällt
@Skröggur: Ihr verhandelt doch mit Garibaldi um eine Stadt die Ihr entweder selbst baut oder meine Hafenstadt ganz im Osten Endlomes. Und nicht um eine "Wer zuerst kommt" Stadt. Aber ich werde demnächst mal nach den Koordinaten schauen.

Greetings all,
I would like to add my own belated thanks for Earl Chutulhu's support to myself and my family over many years. It is with deep regret that we greet the news of his retirement from the mortal plane.
We also want to express our appreciation at having been so generously remembered in the will.
And now we must address some administrative issues which need clarification:
Lord Toral's claim over the enclave at the southwest corner of the island is recognised as valid and in full compliance with Earl Chutulhu's will. Babylon hereby confirms that it claims no rights over this coastal property whatsoever.
Agreement with Lord Akhbar regarding his share of the will has now been reached. Lord Akhbar will take over a town and build another one in the southeast of the island, and is building another town in his central province.
Negotiations with Lady Zephyrus are in the final stages regarding her inheritance. The Lady will receive enough land around her initial residence to build a second town, and the rest of the inheritance will be around her designated port, incorporating room for at least two more towns.
In the cases of both Lord Akhbar and Lady Zephyrus the land will be regarded as being under my direct administration until such time as it is claimed by its rightful owner, after which it will belong solely to its owner.
This concludes the matter regarding distribution of land according to Earl Chutulhu's will.
The land currently occupied by Lord Pompösius, with the exception of his initial town and the surrounding six acres, remains under the ownership of Babylon [*] until the separate agreement reached between Lord Pompösius and myself, which is not in any way affected by the Earl's retirement, has been fully honoured.
[*] All of Earl Chutulhu's land on Endlómë, with the exception of the western enclaves and the land left to Lord Akhbar and Lady Zephyrus, is now the property of Babylon according to the Earl's will.

With regard to the negotiation between myself and Lord Skröggur over the potential purchase of a port or site for a port, those negotiations were terminated by Lord Skröggur without any agreement having been reached. Due to the change in circumstances since those negotiations took place, the terms offered at that time are no longer applicable. Indeed, I would now like to declare that the site at the east of the island is no longer available for purchase and is reserved for the use of any potential future vassals.
If anyone is desperate to buy a port on Endlómë, I would suggest they approach Baron Toral, who is far better stocked with this commodity than I.
Finally, I would like to raise a toast to the peaceful and prosperous future of all inhabitants of our beloved isle, with the exception of the loathsome orcs and dragons of course.
