All our real estate shall be given to:

1. Lord Kalessin

2. Lord Vincent Volguus Zildrohar

2. Lady Cassandra

3. Lord Angelos

4. Lord Sedor

4. realms with less then 100 acres of land

5. the descendants of the greates Warlord on Tamar: Lord Baltar and his family "von Baltari",
and in addition, the Lord or Lady who will capture the murderer of
Lady Alyssa von Baltari and Lord Isidor.

Lord Kalessin shall take care of a reasonable partioning of our land for all inheritors.
If Lord Kalessin is not availabe then Vincent Volguus Zildrohar shall take care of it.
If Lord Vincent Volguus Zildrohar is not availabe then Lady Cassandra shall take care of it.
If Lady Cassandra is not availabel then Lord Angelos shall take care of it.
If Lord Angelos is not availabe then each realm with less then 100 acres of Land may annex
as much land as it needs to reach 200 acres of land.


Not a single arce of land shall be given to (even not if they can prove that they have
captured the true murderes of Lady Alyssa von Baltari and Lord Isidor):
