Lord Dietrich,
You have recently unloaded a medium infantry army onto my lands and begun to annex. The land you have just taken originally belonged to me before an Elf army uprose in that area and took it from me. I immediately sent help to destroy the offending Elf Army and as you can see I am now actively in the process of taking the land back for myself.
Since the land was marked as belonging to the Elves when you took it, I will treat your infiltration into my lands as an honest mistake on your behalf. If you withdraw your army immediately and apologise for taking my land, I will accept that you have made a mistake and consider the matter closed.
Please respond to this somewhat urgent matter at your earliest convenience.

this land was belonging to the elfes for several years We think, so We thought its former owner doesn't care about it anymore (there are also 2 fields adjacend to your land that belong to nobody...). So We took the land to get the raw materials from it.
Now, that you come to take back your land We will just leave. You have had no disadvantage by Us.
