No more turns from some days

I've restart the game other time. I've received the initial email and, I
think, one turn... and no more (only some tutorials). The game is
freezed/halted?

Hello Vicum,

please tell me your players number (subject of the game turn mails) ,
so Wolfen could have a look at your realm on the server and tell wether
the outgoing mails are bounced by your mail provider or what else might
have happened.

1. My alias was Vicum: at this game I use VicumII (city: Pueri).

2. I don't preserve emails with turns... other file for to find my player number?

Hi,

your realm is alive and mails are going out normally to spa###@arrakis.es (# inserted by me)
The problem is, that your mail provider declares our mails as SPAM and
rejects your game turns.
Please re-configure your mail account or use another mail provider.
