ToT Mac V0.3.9

[Balcer]

New version is ready to test.

No new features.

Bugfixes:
- mouse pointer
- rain
- map screen color cycling
- registration

I had to release it as a whole archive. It can be used as an upgrade though. The installer runs on Mac OS X. Please tell me whether you need it to run on Classic. (there is a Classic client installed of course, but the installer is OS X native).
