The game isn't actually already running, I want to start a new one. My question really is can I purchase these turns via paypal and apply them to an install of the full game, and therefore play the game as a fully paid for user? If so, how?

Extra towns do actually allow greater production of corn and a population increase, however you must have the land resources required to support an extra town, have you aquired new land since you inherited my glorious empire?

I would also agree that it would be completely ridiculous to expect all German speaking players here to translate ALL their posts to English, and it would be selfish for us to ask that in the first place. I have tried to make it clear from the start that this is NOT what I am asking.

Unfortunately that will not solve the problem. While paying a translator is ok for general in-game communication and completely acceptable, it still does not prevent the disadvantages caused by posts missed in the forum due to their German only content.

I only ever translate German posts ...
